PURIFIED SODIUM HYDROXIDE

 

            Purified sodium hydroxide is obtained through electrolysis of a solution of sodium chloride using a mercury cathode.

            Purified sodium hydroxide is used to manufacture chemical threads and fibers, pure metals, and in paper-and-pulp and in other industries.

            It is manufactured in accordance with GOST 11078-78 of two marks A and Б
